These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the application operated by One Web Company s.r.o. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App provides real-time, location-based chat functionality. Access to the App requires creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
Harass or threaten other users
Impersonate another person
Share false or misleading information
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s operation
Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Location-Based Functionality

The App relies on real-time location data to provide chat zones. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of location-based interactions and are not responsible for how users interpret or act upon messages posted within the App.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse the opinions expressed by users.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the platform or its users.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the App will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Web Company s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
